Summary

0001104: split bin/pfcmd into several sub commands

Description

- would help maintainability
- would enforce avoiding side effects in the code
- would reduce startup time (no need to compile all code for something which uses one method)

Then we could look into splitting the RecDescent parse tree (but lets do that in another ticket).
