Summary0001236: Restart httpd from Web Admin
DescriptionWe need to allow people to be able to restart httpd from the Web Admin.

Lately httpd caches the switches.conf file and other important configuration parameters and httpd answers the Web Services requests for RADIUS VLAN assignment.

Because of that, anyone changing configuration affecting RADIUS-based connection types should reload both httpd and pfsetvlan (async re-assignment is handled as a local trap).

So an option to restart httpd and restart all services would be necessary to avoid using the CLI for anything related to PacketFence.

Be careful when implementing this, apparently it's not that easy:

Obsolete bug tracker entries.
PF 4 introduced changes that either make these irrelevant or impossible to reproduce.

New issues are moving to github issues.
