Summary0001016: Implement Cisco 4500 802.1x and MAB support
DescriptionNasPortToIfIndex() needs to be implemented. Unfortunately ifIndex numbering is very confusing on the IOS I tried (linear, one module after another with no slot distinction...).

Attached a rough proof of concept module with following limitations:
- a fixed number of ports for the supervisor
- mandatory 48 ports for switch slots

For proper integration, a way to detect supervisor length and switch slots length would be required.
