Summary0001245: captive portal self registration
DescriptionPressing the signup button on the captive portal on the latest mtn version gives a perl error. Its also not rewrited to a captive portal URL

Can't call method "fetchall_arryref on an undefined value at /usr/local/pf/lib/pf/sms_activation.pm line 121

This is because you have missing SQL tables in the database.

Import :
- pf/addons/captive-portal/registration-sms-confirmation/sms_carrier.sql
- pf/addons/captive-portal/registration-sms-confirmation/sms_activation.sql
- pf/addons/guest-management/schema-email-activation.sql
- pf/addons/guest-management/schema-temporary-passwords.sql

Those will be included in the upgrade script and in the main database schema of 3.0

I just pushed changes related to guest clean URLs. Although Francois' right about your schema that needs to be updated (upgrade script and schema script are already in db/).
