0000130: New status: whitelisted
With reference to issue 105 (changes in UI to have a drop-down for status rather than a cleartext field):

Introduce a status of "whitelisted" for those nodes (switches mostly) so whitelisted in the config file.

At the moment, we have done this by editing the nodes directly through the UI, but 105 will stop us doing this in future (have to use SQL I guess, so long as pf doesn't try and do a validity check on the value of that field at some point).

Closing issue. Use case never showed up in my soon-to-be two years as a dev. It can be accomplished in an other way under current release. Also, no clear specification as to what 'whitelisted' means. Can it avoid violations? Can it connect to any SSIDs? Should it be assigned a VLAN or leave a port in it's current state?

Feel free to re-open issue with precisions.
