0000147: View whitelist/blacklist users as status whitelist/blacklist.
These lists would be best stored in MySQL. This would also allow a admin to blacklist a user immediately via the web interface.

Also would be nice to have a global mac for whitelisting all of a certain type of hardware. We have a lot of Foundry switches and would be great to be able to whitelist them all.
