0001544: SoH configuration page fails to load because of config file permissions
Page doesn't load. A perl CGI fatal error is shown (see add infos).

User environment information:

[root@pf-zen-esx pf]# rpm -q packetfence
packetfence-3.5.0-1.el6.noarch

[root@pf-zen-esx pf]# ls -l /usr/local/pf/conf/{pf,float,network}*.conf*

It is a permission issue. Apache runs as pf and the configuration is owned by root and not even readable.
Error message:

These bugs have been sitting untouched since 2012.
Closing them and possibly reopening in github tracker where relevant.
