Descriptionin the linksys code there are calls hardcoded straight to telnet, we should migrate that to the code where a user can specify telnet or ssh in switches.conf

The telnet code was used for port-security only. We've completely disabled this feature (by commented out all the code) since we've found a bug in the OS.
We close this ticket for now.
Whenever the OS is fixed (if ever...), we'll reenable the code and fix the telnet issue
