I am not familiar with snorby but if it can be used to manage snort rules and do some nice statistics around them then bundling both project in a way where snorby would manage snort rules would be a good place to start.

Unfortunately, right now this is pretty low in our priority list. But, as always, a community contribution would be reviewed and merged for sure!
