will simplify apache config

I need to make sure it's not used. I've grepped the code and nothing uses it but maybe there is some external story, i'll ask the guys.

This is definitely going in 1.9.0 since my test reveal that successful commands give internal errors (since it's lacking the proper html).

Anyway, I don't see any use case and I think it's kind of dangerous to expose it (even behind basic auth).

After removal, remember to add a note in UPGRADE.

Oops oops, it would seem that the MRTG addons uses it.

Now who uses the MRTG addon? What does it even do?

We could create a deprecated folder under addons/ and move it there. Document what it needs that is no longer there and write a README in deprecated/ saying that we can bring these back in addons if there is demand for it.
