0001046: Switch (aka network devices) add/edit dialog revamp

Description

There is too much information to fill-in and most of it is optional based on the switch type and operation mode.

For example, all access parameters could be regrouped:
- SNMP (based on version)
- htaccess (renamed to XML-RPC, SOAP or Web Services?)
- cli...

Also when you chose SNMPv1 or 2c, all other v3 only parameters could be hidden.

All the various VLAN information under another tab, etc.
