0001064: usernames with strange characters were accepted by pf::web but not by `bin/pfcmd manage register...`

Description

The end effect was that users got the message where they successfully registered (with release page) but since `pfcmd manage register...` failed, it stayed in registration and got the captive portal again after the release page finished.

Not so sure what should be done here.. but since auth returned true, I would accept them. But since we can't predict what will be accepted by auth (we rely it to a 3rd party), we should maybe do a first pass username validation, then auth then pfcmd manage register.
