When deleting a network through the GUI:

Error: Problems executing 'PFCMD networkconfig delete 10.1.254.0'

Insecure dependency in sysopen while running setgid at
/usr/share/perl5/File/Temp.pm line 513.
---

This is pf 3.5.1 under CentOS 6.3

Additional Information

WORKAROUND:

Go to a root shell and execute the command there.

cd /usr/local/pf
bin/pfcmd networkconfig delete 10.1.254.0
