| Description | emerging-virus.rules is no longer available for snort. Oinkmaster also cannot grab this file. Because violations.conf still has this requirement listed (as in you cannot remove it YET from the webinterface) snort will always fail to start.
ATAL ERROR: Unable to open rules file "/usr/local/pf/var/conf//usr/local/pf/conf/snort/emerging-virus.rules": No such file or directory.
remove it from violations.conf and snort worksgood again. |
