0001733: Sponsor email required on guest-selfregistration

Description

When we are using guest self-registration sponsor mode with either email or sms or both of them, the validation is failing if we don't provide a sponsor email even if we click email rather than sponsor.

(0003462) francis (administrator) 2013-10-11 17:53	I can't reproduce this problem. Is the error message that appears on the Web page the following? "Missing mandatory parameter(s): sponsor's email" Do you use the default captive portal templates?

(0003467) francis (administrator) 2013-10-28 13:51	The problem was coming from guests_self_registration.mandatory_fields that included "sponsor_email". Therefore, the behaviour was normal.
