0000574: management IP address in configurator.pl

Description

Ip address of configurator.pl is mis used with Netmask.pl
ip address is blank
subnet goes wrong/right
gateway is incorrect and gives error:
Use of uninitialized value in addition (+) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/Netmask.pm line 20
