The PacketFence service scripts are made for RedHat/CentOS ... so basically it's normal that they don't work on Ubuntu. As for 'Can't open /usr/local/pf/logs/packetfence.log', please try to manually create the file /usr/local/pf/logs/packetfence.log (using touch) and let me know if the issue goes away |
