0000770: Improve violation management in Web UI regarding Device Bans

Description

Web UI to manage UserAgent violation and MAC violation and wrap them together with OS and write a "Device" violation that encapsulate the three of them.

Or maybe we should rethink the whole web ui vs flat files config idea..?
