0000918: person lookup on persons with a lot of nodes hangs web interface

Description

We loop on every node owned by a single pid. A node lookup is quite slow because of the arp lookup. Result:

This is awfully slow on users like pid=1.

It also hangs the web interface, pushing stop doesn't do it.
