Summary

0000995: Add an SSID field to the locationlog table

Description

It would be useful to be able to perform actions based on the current SSID of a node.

A given example was:
- A guest is successfully connecting to a student VLAN and should be told that he is in the wrong VLAN. Unfortunately the captive portal is beyond the stage where the radius request (has SSID) is done, so the only way it could have the SSID would be if it's stored in the node's info. The locationlog is the natural fit for this.

Ideally done for 1.10.0 but we could re-scope to 1.10.1 or 1.11.0 if we can't make it.
