0001094: integrate `pfcmd traplog update` into pfmon

Description

Why have clients install a crontab with `pfcmd traplog update` every 5 minutes when we run a daemon to run exactly this kind of tasks?

By default traplog_insert only adds the traps treated by PF, not the trap received
