0001503: support installation from source

Description

With the removal of installer.pl and configurator.pl we, yet again, made more complex installation from source.

Ideally the directory needed to be created, the files needed to be touched and our direct Perl dependencies should be in a manifest of some sort and the RPM Spec, deb package and a future make style "installer" should consume that information.

Additional Information

As a work-around, people willing to install from source should check the last steps of the SPEC file and also install all perl packages specified in the package.

Permission changing in installer.pl

(0002923) obilodeau (reporter) 2012-08-08 11:33	updating my lab machine (from source), I stumble upon: - dropping installation.pl and configurator.pl We dropped both the installation.pl and configurator.pl scripts in favor of the newly implemented web based configurator. Make sure to pay attention to the directives ate the end of the package installation. What am I supposed to do? :(
