0001821: Error after user login to captive portal. PacketFence 4.3.0

Description

When I try to login to captive portal I have an error.

Unable to detect network connectivity. Try restarting your web browser or opening a new tab to see if your access has been successfully enabled.
I have ruckus AP (ZoneFlex 7300 series with Zone Director 1100) connected to eth1 with SSID test_KS.

Steps To Reproduce

User should connect to SSID and after login with (Test-test pair) should go to internet. But no luck.
