Network Behaviour Anomaly Detection
Through our sister Fingerbank project, PacketFence is now able to automatically detect abnormal network behaviour of IoT devices, OT devices, medical devices and more. This is tightly integrated with our Security Events module so it is possible to instantly quarantine devices deviating from their normal network behaviour - ensuring unequaled level of security for your network.

Integrated PKI
PacketFence v10 provides a built-in fully-featured Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution with CSR support and email notifications. Without any third-party solution, PacketFence can ease certificates management and EAP-TLS deployments.
Enhancement
GUI Improvements
Through a GUI editor, it is now possible to create DNS, DHCP, HTTP, RADIUS and VLAN filtering rules with a couple of clicks. Switch templates are also configurable through the GUI. Both features considerably ease the advanced configuration and customization capabilities of PacketFence.

PacketFence v10 handles massive amount of RADIUS accounting and Netflow data - granting the solution scalable bandwidth accounting and high accuracy to its network anomaly detection capabilities.

New Configuration Wizard
A brand new step-by-step configurator is now available in v10. This allows you get PacketFence up and running with only a couple of clicks!

PacketFence v10 now integrates a cluster issue resolution service - making sure all cluster members cleanly rejoin the cluster in case of a major network outage. Moreover, PacketFence v10 now uses Vagrant, Cumulus and Venom to fully simulate network environments and continuously test PacketFence.
