0001862: Configurator can not start after installation

Description

i tried to evaluate packetfence on debian wheezy but i can't get it up and running due to packetfence failed to start correctly after installation.
step i have done to install packetfence are as follow:
1. install debian wheezy (basic packages only)
2. install openssh-server to access the server using ssh
3. modify /etc/apt/source.list to the following:

**i attached non-free to repos to be able to install snmp-mibs-downloader package**

4. add packetfence repository to /etc/apt/source.list.d/packetfence.list as it stated in installation guide and add its key.
5. sudo apt-get update
6. sudo apt-get install packetfence
7. the packages downloaded but when they were getting set up, i got some errors while starting freeradius that were about heartbleed vulnerability.
8. i modified /etc/freeradius/radiusd.conf and change "allow_vulnerable_openssl" to yes
9. i continued to install packetfence using "apt-get install packetfence" again.

After this step i got some prompt about mysql root user password and leave them unchanged.

after all the packages installed packetfence service failed to start with this error:

according to above explanation, what would be the problem?
