0000907: pfsetvlan doesn't need to stop on SIGALRM

Description

Right now we stop pfsetvlan on sigalrm but there is no hard requirement to do so. We can just ignore the signal and report that there was a problem somewhere (most probably because of a Net::Telnet timeout).
