| Description | No SMTP traffic flows without disabling authentication via a 'disableAuthorization yes' clause in the snmptrapd.conf file (and the commenting out of the %%userLines%% and %%authLines%% items). It's ok for installation and config but can't really be used in production. The Debian version of Net-SNMP (snmpd) being used is 5.4.3-dfsg-1 ... | |||||||

reducing severity: not on a supported platform and there is a workaround category security is for security issues only reproductibility: I need to try to reproduce it first |

We are running on debian and are in the process of making debian packages for squeeze and we haven't run into that issue. We probably fixed it at some other point in time. On branch feature/debian at https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/tree/feature/debian. [^] |
