0001122: pfcmd import node should allow setting default values for imported stuff on the CLI

Description

suggested syntax:

bin/pfcmd import node filename.csv status=reg,unregdate="2011-12-25 00:00:00",pid=santa

To accomplish parameters would need to be parsed as node's arguments and if valid sent along to pf::import where they would override the %info hash there that we pass on node registration (or we might have to use node_modify).

An extension to this would be setting it from Web Admin also by appending proper info to the CLI
