Summary

0001232: Issue for telnet/ssh connection to MeruOS 4.1

Description

We ran into an issue with the MeruOS 4.1 when we want to do wireless deassociation. In fact, when we try to connect using SSH or Telnet, the module will fail saying that the Login failed. Looking deeper at the issue, it appears that the controller in not returning the proper prompt information, so PacketFence thinks the login failed.

We experienced the issue with MeruOS 4.1-55. We do NOT have the issue with the 4.0 version. Vendor as been notified, and it appears that version 4.2 will correct the problem. We will validate in lab.
