0001457: Floating device support for 802.1X+MAB configuration

Description

802.1X+MAB is increasingly preferred over port-security, but does not support the floating device feature.

I wonder if this could be as "simple" as allowing MAB to authorize the switch's MAC address, and set VLANs appropriately. Then set a link-down trap (only) to remove the trunk configuration when the floater leaves.
