0000798: Missing dependency SOAP::Transport::HTTP

Description

We never require SOAP::Transport::HTTP but it is required for cgi-bin/pdp.cgi (used by remote packetfence snort sensor).

It is not required by the installer or in the rpm's dependencies. It should be at least in one of these.
