Summary

0000803: Genericize setVlan code that uses Q-BRIDGE mibs to SNMP.pm (avoid code duplication)

Description

A lot of vendors support the Q-BRIDGE mib way of setting a port in a vlan. For now, this code is all duplicated (because of the little twists in its support).

I think we should move this code up in SNMP.pm for the cases where it makes sense.
