0000930: no mention of pfcmd_vlan -getType -switch ... in install or admin guide

Description

We do the minimum switch OS version check when running:

bin/pfcmd_vlan -getType -switch <ip>

But there's no mention of testing your switches with this command before going live. It should be added in the doc.

But another problem is that we are missing a lot of switches there.
