Summary

0000967: get rid of the dual CLI parsing

Description

Right now in pfcmd, we parse using complicated regexps in pf::pfcmd and then we re-parse the CLI using pf::pfcmd::pfcmd_pregrammar for the more complicated statements.

When adding stuff we need to mess with the two codebases and it's tricky.

Also, the redundant work is probably not that performance friendly.
